When courses take place

Lessons follow the teaching calendar and divide into two semesters.

 

Attendance at lessons

Attendance may be compulsory, or optional though strongly recommended. Attending will help you in various ways: it will keep you studying at a regular pace, in direct touch with teachers who can clarify the subjects, while learning alongside study companions means you can pool experience and study strategies.

 

Bologna Campus

Tuition entailing 80/60/53 contact hours normally takes place in the following periods:

  • I semester: 18 September 2018 – 7 December 2018
  • II semestre: 18 February 2019 - 24 May 2019

Tuition extending to 90 hours will tend to take place between 18 September 2018 – 24 May 2019

Tuition lasting 30/40/45 hours normally takes place in these periods:

  • 1st subcycle:  18 September 2018 – 22 October 2018
  • 2nd subcycle: 5 November 2018 – 7 December 2018 
  • 3rd subcycle: 18 February 2019 - 23 March 2019
  • 4th subcycle: 15 April 2019 - 24 May 2019

Forlì Campus

Tuition geared to 8/12 UECs (CFUs) entails 60 contact hours and tends to take place in the following periods:

  • 1st semester:  19 September 2018 – 14 December 2018 
  • 2nd semester:  20 February 2019 – 31 May 2019


Tuition geared to 6 UECs entails 30 contact hours and is generally done in the following periods:

  • 1st subcycle:  19 September 2018 – 23 October 2018
  • 2nd subcycle: 12 November 2018 – 14 December 2018
  • 3rd subcycle: 20 February 2019 - 26 March 2019
  • 4th subcycle: 29 April 2019 - 31 May 2019

Rimini Campus

Tuition in units of 8/12 UECs (CFUs) tends to fall into these periods: 

  • I semester: 18 September 2018 – 7 December 2018 (crash courses starting on 11 September)
  • II semester: 11 February 2019 - 17 May 2019
  • annual: 18 September 2018 - 17 May 2019

 

Tuition in units of 4/6 UECs (CFU) tends to fall into these periods:

  • I term: 18 September 2018 – 22 October 2018 (crash courses starting on 11 September)
  • II term: 5 November 2018 – 7 December 2018
  • III term: 11 February 2019 - 15 March 2019
  • IV term: 3 April 2019 - 17 May 2019
